I'm a 50-something year-old gal, just getting myself to retirement in a healthy state! My professional knowledge and experience, as well as my years as an amateur athlete allow me a special insight to health and wellness.
Also just having gone thru the challenges of menopause offers a unique perspective that I hope to share with others who are experiencing some of the same things.

My faith
I have no desire to "preach." My only reason is so that you know that part of me. Also, I love Jesus, and a cuss a little.
My family
My patient husband and my inspirational daughter keep me grounded, and also allow me to fly. Love them!!!
My friends
Life friends, family friends, work friends, church friends. I do not want to exclude anyone. Just know if you made me laugh, I consider you my friend!
